JobConnects.org is the trading name of the business you are contracting with, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan and operated from Islamabad. In these Terms "JobConnects", "we" and "us" all mean that business. It is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and with the Pakistan Software Export Board under registration Z-25-21692/26. We provide a website and an Android application that employers use to advertise roles and manage hiring, and that candidates use to find work.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the platform, whether you are an employer, a candidate, or a member of one of our partner programmes. By creating an account or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
JobConnects is an end to end hiring service, not only a job board. Depending on your account type and the package you hold, the platform provides:
Some features are described as planned or coming soon. Those features are not part of what you are paying for until they are released, and we do not guarantee a release date for them.
Parts of the platform use automated processing to help you work faster. This includes drafting job descriptions, suggesting CV and cover letter content, ranking candidates against a role, and summarising applications.
These outputs are suggestions, not decisions. You remain responsible for checking anything generated before you publish it or rely on it. Hiring decisions are made by you, not by the platform. We do not guarantee that automated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular role, and you must not present generated content as fact without checking it.
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
Employer accounts must represent a real business. We may ask you to verify your company before your listings appear publicly. One person may not create multiple accounts to get around package limits or free trials.
Job postings must describe a real, currently open role. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish. Postings must not:
We may edit, decline, pause or remove any posting that breaches these rules, and we may suspend the account behind it, without refund.
Information in your profile, CV and applications must be truthful and must be about you. Do not upload documents belonging to someone else, and do not apply on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
JobConnects never asks candidates for payment to apply, to be shortlisted, or to be hired. If an employer asks you for money, stop and report it to us.
Employer packages are one time purchases bought for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with longer terms discounted. They do not renew automatically and no recurring charge is taken. What each package includes, and for how long, is shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
New employer accounts include a free trial of one regular job post. The trial runs for 14 days from the day that first job is posted, not from the day you sign up. When it ends, continuing to post and hire needs an employer package. No payment details are taken for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends.
We may introduce optional recurring subscriptions in future, where a package renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. If we do, subscriptions will be opt in, clearly marked as recurring before you pay, and cancellable at any time from your account. We will never convert an existing one time purchase into a recurring subscription without your explicit agreement. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and the currency you are charged in is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your package becomes active once payment is confirmed. Applicable taxes and government duties are handled as required by law and are reflected on your receipt.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy .
We run referral, ambassador, marketing internship and partner programmes. Members receive a share of revenue for customers they introduce, at the percentage stated for their programme when they join.
Commission is calculated on net revenue, not on the advertised package price. Net revenue is the amount JobConnects actually receives from a sale after payment processing charges and all applicable taxes and government duties have been deducted. Because charges and tax rates can change, the net amount for the same package may vary over time. Commission is payable in the currency in which the sale was made.
Where the law requires it, we will deduct tax at source from commission before payment and deposit it with the relevant authority. We may require valid identification and tax registration details before releasing any payment.
Commission is not payable on self referrals, on cancelled or refunded purchases, or where the introduction was obtained by spam or misrepresentation.
You keep ownership of what you upload, including job descriptions, company details, CVs and messages. You give us permission to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of running the platform, which includes showing job listings publicly and submitting them to search engines.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The platform itself, including its software, design, branding and written material, is owned by JobConnects. You may use it for its intended purpose. You may not copy it, resell access to it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing service.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid package includes, we will tell package holders.
We provide tools that help hiring happen. We do not guarantee that an employer will receive applications, find a suitable candidate, or fill a role, and we do not guarantee that a candidate will receive interviews or a job offer. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform, and we are not the employer.
To the extent permitted by law, JobConnects is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used fraudulently, or that puts other users at risk. Where we close an account for a serious breach, unused package credit is not refundable.
You can also ask us to delete your account and its data from your account settings. You only have to ask once and the deletion runs automatically. It cannot be undone, and any remaining time on a package is lost when you delete the account, so download anything you want to keep first. We keep payment records for the accounting periods the law requires, with your identity detached from them. What is deleted, what is kept and why is set out in the Privacy Policy .
We may update these Terms as the platform develops or as the law requires. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice on the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
